Credit Cards
We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There are no associated surcharges; please use your favorite card! We also accept our private label credit card.
Our billing systems are fully integrated into all major credit card processors; your information is secure, and authorization is instant. In the event that your card is declined, we will contact you by phone and email within one business day to re-verify your billing information and to use another method of payment if necessary. Cardholders with billing addresses outside the United States are subject to additional authorization; for your protection, we will call your Issuing Bank to verify your billing information.
Your credit card statement will show our billing name as 'Mercantila.com (Internet Retailer)'. After adding items to your shopping cart, you will be able to select Pay by Credit Card as a payment method.
Personal/Company Checks, Money Orders
We accept personal and company checks as well as money orders. Personal checks are held for 10 business days so that our bank (Bank of America) can verify your information. Your order will be on hold pending this verification. Money orders are processed within one business day. After adding items to your shopping cart, you will be able to select Pay by Check as a payment method.
Purchase Orders, Bulk Orders
Businesses or other organizations looking to place orders over $1,000 (US) may be eligible for Mercantila, Inc. Credit. Please call our Sales team at (800) 718-1710, Mon.-Fri. (Mon - Fri 6a-6p, PST Sat and Sun 8 am to 5 pm PST) or Sat.-Sun. and holidays (Mon - Fri 6a-6p, PST Sat and Sun 8 am to 5 pm PST). We will fax you a Mercantila, Inc. Credit Verification Form.
Upon approval, we will place your order, schedule it for shipment, and mail you an invoice.
Remember: we also offer Financing Plans to customers looking for personal credit.
